Good Eats: Ice cream at EIS CAFE!!

Eis Cafe's dot cities and towns as commonly as the multitude of Mickey D's that pop up in the streets back home. Wanna eat yummy ice cream that looks anything but ice cream? This is the place to go. Some of their creations were so pretty, it was almost a shame to mess it up by leaving a gaping hole in its center with a big, creamy scoop. This Eis Cafe - Venezia branch is located at Ruhrpark Shopping Center. Occupying 113,000 sq. meters, Ruhrpark's considered as the largest mall in West Germany.


S had the lemon Snowman, P took the "Lasagna", my friend - the Bumble Bee, and her son and I each took a "Spaghetti".

A quick spin on the carousel...

...and then we were back in the autobahn, headed for home.

Aha! Windmills!! (Is Tom Cruise around?)
