Dora's World is located on the 2nd floor of the building, and as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, I ceased to exist. Why am I not surprised?

S got to putter around the house, "cook" in the kitchen, and even tried on Dora's bed for size!

She also got the chance to visit Diego's (Dora's cousin)
Animal Rescue Center
wherein she declared that she wanted to be a Vet when she grows up...

...that was
before she wanted to be a TA Bus Driver, a part-time Cab Driver,

...and perhaps be
Dr. Seuss' on-call Chauffer during the weekends!! She spent almost 2 hours running around 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor with all the other kids (1st floor was closed in preparation for the upcoming
Alice in Wonderland exhibition). She also spent a considerable time in their outdoor "Water Splash" exhibit. We were supposed to pick up P from his work at 6 PM for an early dinner out. Not surprisingly, by 5 PM - S was already starving!

We made a quick side trip at the Broadway Street Fair for a couple of roasted corn-on-the-cob and some Australian banana gelato...

For those who deemed that $3.00 was too steep a price to pay for a piece of corn ear, there was a make-shift table on the street filled with lots of freebie bags of Cheetos and Chips.
Just grab and go!!
