Children's Museum of Manhattan
The Children's Museum of Manhattan is located at 212 West 83rd Street (Tisch Building). It currently has an ongoing exhibition on the Art of Andy Warhol which will run until May 28, 2006. American artist Andy Warhol was a leading figure of the Pop Art Movement in the 60's. The museum has silk-screen printing projects for the kids in honor of him. LINK: http://www.cmom.org/
A few years ago, S was crazy about Nickelodeon character "Dora, The Explorer". So much so that she had a Dora-themed 3rd birthday party complete with Dora pinata and Dora tattoos. Incidentally, until now she is still reluctant to give up her Dora bed and still frequently rides her Dora bike. It was kind of fitting that after all this time, S will finally get to visit her house...
