This weekend, Iloilo City, Philippines is celebrating its annual Dinagyang Festival (Feast of Sr. Sto. Nino). Since I haven't been home in a while, here are a few 2 year-old photos to give you an idea what it looks like. This event is so popular that all hotels are booked solid for this weekend as early as six months in advance. This year, no less than President Arroyo herself (and other dignitaries as well) came to join in the festivities.
